DO YOU NEED TO ADD CLASSES OR MAKE CHANGES FROM WHAT YOU ORIGINALLY ENTERED?
A horse entered in the Show may be entered in additional classes or change classes until December 30. After this date, a charge of $15 will be made for each added class/class change. This charge is in addition to the stated entry fees for each class. All added classes/class changes must be made not later than NOON the day preceding judging. Added classes and class changes are accepted by mail or in person in the Stock Show’s main office located in the Amon G. Carter Jr. Exhibits Hall or through this the online form below.
All changes that can be made through the online form include:
- Add Classes – must be completed by NOON the day preceding judging
- Scratch Classes – must be completed by 9 a.m. two (2) days before scheduled class time to receive class entry refund
- Substitute Horses – must be completed by NOON the day preceding judging
- Change Exhibitors – any exhibitor change made AFTER noon the day preceding judging must be made at the gate
