New Entry System. We are excited to offer a new entry system using myequinal. Below is a link with instructions on how to get started. Once you create your account you will not have to do that again and once your horse or horses are listed, they will be saved in your profile for any upcoming events we have. Create your account and go to myequinal.app and start your entry. You will receive entry verification via email once you submit the entry.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ…
NEW for this year: NRCHA has added a Level One Open Bridle and Level One Open Hackamore class (You do not have to enter open to enter this class).
However, if you want to enter the Limited Open Bridle or Open Hackamore you MUST also enter the Open Bridle or Open Hackamore. This is a NRCHA rule.
They have also added the Intermediate Open Two Rein Class (You MUST enter the Open Two Rein also)
So, check and make sure you have entered correctly based on the above information.
Check your Herd Practice Requests. IF you do not need your herd practice we need to know Monday by noon. No cancelling after that time.
Draw for the Herd Practice will be up Tuesday.
If you have changes, additions, scratches please email entry@srcha.org. Do not text please. Please call if you have questions. 405-818-7556. If your entry doesn’t show an owner listed that means we don’t have your horse papers please send asap.
NOTES ON ENTERING – Please include your horses registered name for ALL classes and papers with correct owner. To receive your numbers you must leave a form of payment. DEADLINE for entering without a late fee is April 3, 2026. Entries after the deadline are not guaranteed fresh cattle. Late fee of 25% for Derby entries. For Horse show classes there is a late fee of $100 if not submitted by deadline. Changes or adding horse show classes at the event is $20.00 per change. For insurance purposes you must sign your entry physically or by submitting this form. So, no emails or texts count as an entry.
DRAWS – Books close at noon the day before the class starts. Draws posted by 5:00 pm SCRATCHES AFTER the draw does NOT receive a refund.
Owner/Rider must be current members of NRCHA/SRCHA.
A copy of the Registration Papers and the Owner/Rider NRCHA membership cards must be submitted with each entry.
