NOTES ON ENTERING – Please include your horses registered name for ALL classes and papers with correct owner.  To receive your numbers you must leave a form of payment.  DEADLINE for entering without a late fee is April 7, 2026  Entries after the deadline are not guaranteed fresh cattle. Late fee of 25% for Derby entries. For Horse show classes there is a late fee of $100 if not submitted by deadline.  Changes or adding horse show classes at the event is $20.00 per change.  For insurance purposes you must sign your entry physically or by submitting this form.  So, no emails or texts count as an entry.

DRAWS – Books close at noon the day before the class starts. Draws posted by 5:00 pm SCRATCHES AFTER the draw does NOT receive a refund.  

Owner/Rider must be current members of NRCHA/SRCHA.  

A copy of the Registration Papers and the Owner/Rider NRCHA membership cards must be submitted with each entry.
