2025 August Schedule UPDATED June 25

NEWS !.  Due to time constraints, we will not be holding the Green Horse or Snaffle Bit Classes at the August Event.  We will not have Open Bridle or Open Two Rein Spectaculars, but will have the Non Pro Spectaculars.

The GOOD NEWS…..  Check out the entry form for the NEW added money to the Open Bridle ($11,111), Open Hackamore ($10,000), and Open Two Rein ($11,111) Show 1.  Show Two – Open Bridle ($1,500), Open Hackamore ($1,500), and Open Two Rein ($1,500).  See form for all added Money.

NOTE ON STALLS  – IF there are panels removed in your stall area, there will be an additional $50.00 per panel charged to your account.  The facility charges us to put them back.  S,o if you do it, put it back or you will be charged an extra fee.

SRCHA Pre Futurity & Horse Show    August 5-11, 2025 Will Rogers Memorial Center, Ft Worth, TX

SRCHA/TQHA Special Event Roping NEW DATE 
August 16, 2025, John Justin Arena
Starts at 8:30 am with the team roping followed by tie down (just like the entry form reads) then 2nd show will go in reverse order.  

PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE COMPLETING ENTRIES.  
Entries need to include horse papers and membership cards.  Payment can be made at the show, however,
you need to have a check or credit card to receive your back numbers.  Checks returned will receive
a $50.00 NSF Fee.  When completing forms, please fill them out completely. (Credit card forms, memberships, entry forms, etc.)
Forms must be signed.  Entries that are not complete will be set aside and not entered until required information is provided.

Trainers, please complete a trainer breakout form to show what horses you are taking care of, who it is paying, stalls, etc. This way a horse or tab will not get missed.  

SCRATCHES

• Before Entry Deadline Full Refund. (July 14th) 
• After the Draw – Refund video/NRCHA Fee only (Futurity & Derby Draw date July 24) (Horse Show Classes books close noon the day before the class runs, draws posted by 5pm)
• ALL SCRATCHES MUST BE IN WRITTEN FORM OR EMAILED, no texts or phone calls
